These treats are named after my own French Bulldog Nils. He is a very handsome boy and he is the face of Snaffles Bisquits. He absolutely adores these gluten free minty parmesan and polenta balls. These cheesy balls are hand rolled & baked. They need to be stored in the fridge and are best eaten within 3 weeks although in our house there is no shelf life as they get snaffled immediately.
