Snaffles want to provide you and your dog with the highest level of service and customer care.  We aim to deliver excellent quality products.  If we don't we would like you to tell us so that we can put it right.
 
By using our eShop you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.  If you don't feel able to accept these terms and conditions you must not use our eShop or place an order with Snaffles.
 
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and we recommend that you should view them each time you use our eShop.

Applicable law
 
Our eShop is operated and controlled in England.  The relationship between us and all matters connected with this eShop and any orders are governed by English law.  You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to all matters connected with our relationship, the eShop and any order or contract between us.
 
Price
 
All prices and delivery costs displayed on this eShop are quoted in pounds Sterling.  We make every effort to show that the prices displayed in our eShop are accurate.
 
All prices stated do not include delivery charges that will be charged at the rates applicable at the time of placing your order.  The deliver charges are explained in our shipping rates page.
 
Payment
 
We use PayPal for all our online payments.  We do not have access to your credit card details.
 
Postage and Delivery
 
Where possible we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving your order.  You should receive your items 3-5 working days from dispatch (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).  For all order we will use Royal Mail.
 
We deliver to the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.
 
Our current standard delivery charge is £3.50 for the UK, the Channel Island and Northern Ireland.
 
If you are not in at the time of delivery, a card should be left by Royal Mail with instructions to arrange delivery at another time or to collect from their local depot.
 
Out of Stock
 
All bisquits are freshly baked so if we do not have any in stock at the time of your order we will bake a fresh batch.
 
Cancelling your order
 
You may cancel your order before we have despatched the items.  To cancel an order please email us at hayley@snaffles.biz
 
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
 
Most of our bisquits have over a 3 month shelf-life except Nils's Cheesy Balls which last if refridgerated for up to 3 weeks.  If your dog does not like the bisquits you have ordered we will exchange them for another bag if you return the bag and its contents intact.
 
We will replace or refunds bisquits that are damaged in transit.  Please email telling us what happened and whether you want replacement bisquits or a refund. Please return the damaged goods and once received we will replace or refund.  Refunds can only be processed to the card that was originally used to make the purchase, we cannot refund any other card. 
 
If you have requested a exchange, we aim to send out the replacement within 5 working days of receiving the original item back. There is a charge of £3.50 to cover the cost of sending the replacement.  This can be made via PayPal or by sending a cheque with the original item  payable to Snaffles Cuisine. 
 
if you receive faulty or a damaged item or if we have sent you the wrong item in error please let us know by emailing on bisquits@snaffles.biz.  We ask you to return the original item and on receipt we will send you a replacement.
 
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/200023334/htm)
